Preamble

This document outlines the official rules and regulations governing all players on the Minespark Studios server. Adherence to these rules is a condition of access to our services. The primary objective of this framework is to ensure a fair, competitive, and safe environment for all members of the community. These regulations are enforced by Minespark Staff, who are empowered to issue sanctions for any violations.

Part 1: General Conduct & Community Standards

(b) Harassment, which includes but is not limited to bullying, targeted insults, and encouraging others to engage in such behaviour, is strictly prohibited. (a) Minespark Studios maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of hate speech or discrimination. (b) This includes any language or content that is derogatory, demeaning, or abusive towards an individual or group based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other personal characteristic. (c) Violation of this clause will result in an immediate and permanent removal from the server.

1.3. Personal Information & Privacy (Zero Tolerance)

(a) The distribution of another individual's private, real-world information without their explicit consent (doxxing) is strictly prohibited. (b) This includes, but is not limited to, real names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, personal photographs, or social media profiles. (c) Violation of this clause will result in an immediate and permanent removal from the server. (d) This clause pertains also to fictional personal information framed as fact.

1.4. Spam & Advertising

(a) Intentionally flooding any chat channel with repetitive messages, symbols, or excessive capitalization is prohibited. (b) The advertisement of any third-party Minecraft servers, Discord servers, or commercial websites is not permitted. (c) This includes direct advertisement (e.g., posting a server IP) and indirect advertisement (e.g., repeatedly mentioning another server's name).

Part 2: Gameplay & Account Integrity

2.1. Unfair Advantages (Cheating)

(a) The use of any unapproved third-party software, hacked clients, macros, or scripts that provide a clear and significant gameplay advantage is strictly prohibited. (b) This includes, but is not limited to, combat assistance software (e.g., KillAura), movement modifications (e.g., Speed Hacks), and visual advantages (e.g., X-Ray). (c) Using modifications that provide a minor, but still unfair, advantage (e.g. Fast Eat, Fast Break) is also forbidden.

2.2. Exploiting Bugs

(a) The intentional abuse of any server bug or glitch for personal gain or to the detriment of others is forbidden. (b) Players are required to report any discovered bugs to the Staff team through the appropriate channels.

2.3. Account Security & Sharing

(a) Players are responsible for the security of their own Minecraft account. (b) Account sharing for the purpose of boosting statistics, evading punishments, or participating in competitive matches is prohibited. (c) Playing on a compromised account that was obtained through illegal means is a violation of these rules.

Part 3: Competitive & Tournament Integrity

3.1. Unsportsmanlike Conduct

(a) All participants in official competitive matches and tournaments are expected to maintain a high standard of sportsmanship. (b) Actions such as intentional stalling, team sabotage, or excessive taunting are considered minor competitive offenses.

3.2. Match-Fixing & Collusion

(a) Any attempt to pre-determine the outcome of a competitive match through collusion with opponents is strictly forbidden. (b) This includes, but is not limited to, win-trading to manipulate rankings or intentionally losing for any form of gain. This is considered a major competitive offense.

Part 4: Enforcement & Sanctions

4.1. Staff Discretion

(a) The Minespark Staff team is fully empowered to enforce these rules. Staff members reserve the right to issue punishments for offenses not explicitly listed in this document if they are deemed detrimental to the server environment. (b) All moderation decisions are made to protect the integrity of the game and the safety of our community.

(a) General chat and gameplay offenses are categorized into a severity system from Level 1 to Level 4. (b) The duration and type of punishment will correspond to the severity level of the offense. (c) Repeat offenses will result in escalating punishments, up to and including a permanent ban from the server.

4.3. Punishment Evasion

(a) Attempting to evade an active punishment by using an alternate account is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban on all associated accounts.
